Frequently Asked Questions
- 01We accept payment via Paynow, Debit and Credit Card.

- 03When placing an order, make sure that you pick the right size. Remember that the item may look different on you depending on your figure and skin tone. We do not warrant that the quality of any product or material will meet your expectations. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. No exchange and refunds are allowed with all items unless you received flaws in workmanship. (Only exchange is allowed) Please take note that the following are not considered manufacturing defects: • Loose threads • Small threads bumps • Minor stains that are removable (within the size of 1cm) • Slight color variations due to photographic lighting • Crease marks • Slight differences in measurement (0.5cm-1cm) due to mass production Please contact us immediately should you received any defective item. If the item you purchased is out of stock, you may do an exchange with another item of a similar price. Do note that no exchanges will be accepted for items received more than a week.
- 04Please give us 1-2 days to pack your orders. Once your items are ready, you will receive a tracking number from us via email for courier. This would typically take 2-4 working days to be delivered. For normal mail, this does not come with a tracking number and would typically take 3-7 working days. As normal mail does not come with a tracking number, in no circumstances shall Ayva.Mia be liable to compensate the buyer for any loss or damage to the items.
